Roman Sledziejowski

Roman Sledziejowski is a Polish-born American entrepreneur, currently serving as the Vice Chairman of the global management consulting firm, Savant Strategies.

Roman embarked on his professional journey at the age of 17 in New York City, joining Salomon Smith Barney, Member of Travelers Group. During his final year of high school, he worked part-time at the investment bank.

Graduating as the class valedictorian, he pursued a degree in Economics at Columbia University. Throughout high school, Roman Sledziejowski not only excelled academically but also demonstrated leadership as the captain of the varsity soccer team, playing as a striker. He earned the Most Valuable Player (MVP) title for three consecutive years. Additionally, he showcased his athleticism by competing in varsity track and field events across New York State.

At just 18 years old, Roman became the youngest licensed stockbroker under the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) in the United States. Soon after, he began working full-time as an Investment Associate at Smith Barney, Member of Citigroup.
